Videha Nutra is proud to announce that it has acquired the license for advanced makhana (fox nut) processing technology from ICAR-CIPHET (Indian Council of Agricultural Research - Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering & Technology), Ludhiana.

Recognizing the growing demand for makhana in both domestic and international markets, ICAR-CIPHET has developed cutting-edge processing machinery, including a preliminary roaster and a makhana popping machine. These technologies will enhance efficiency, reduce manual labor, and improve the overall safety and quality of makhana production.

Mr. Barun Kashyap, representing M/s Videha Nutra India Private Limited, Bihar, signed the

licensing agreement in a ceremony coordinated by Dr. Ranjeet Singh and presided over by Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale, Director of ICAR-CIPHET. The institute assured full support for establishing this venture and revolutionizing makhana processing.
